Document Authorization & Delivery Features

2. “Upload Signature” – use a scanner to digitize your signature into a common graphic file format (gif, jpeg, etc.) and place the signature in the designated field on the check template (second best option)
3. “Language” – institutional regulations provide for a “remote" authorization option to allow presentment of checks without a script signature. Instead, legally accepted language replaces the signature image in the signature field of the check. Note: “Language” instead of a signature can delay document clearing and could result in rejects by institutions.
4. “Blank Signature Line” – this option allows for the presentment of documents to an authorized signer after it has been printed.
